Diving for Research
Chris Rowlinson our Production Director is going to do a Sky Dive for charity on May 22nd and boy do we admire him.
The cowards among us (and that would be the rest of us!!) will be throwing money at him rather than take on the challenge ourselves. We would prefer to do the Sky Dive without the Y and the D and just cough up.
There are few of us who have not been touched by cancer, one in three people will develop it at some stage in our lives and it can be a deadly disease for both those who have to go through it, and the families which bear the strain. Sadly at Rowlinson we have had our share and we all want the cure to be found.
Against Breast Cancer is a registered charity which has a vision of a future free of breast cancer. The charity funds unique research, their aim is to find vital information to increase survival after diagnosis and ultimately to discover a vaccine against breast cancer. They are committed to finding the vaccine but need vital resources to continue their studies. This is where people like Chris and nine of his friends have stepped in to help raise the funds.
