We work hard to make your deliveries as fast and affordable as possible.
Delivery date
We may split your order up and deliver it on different days. How we do it depends on the lead times for each product on the order. We'll confirm the delivery dates for everything on your order confirmation.
The cut-off time for orders is 5pm, except during Back To School when it's 5.30pm.
The cut-off time for online orders via My Account for plain stock items is 7.30pm.

Made to Order Performa Cotton and Performa 50 special knitwear | 6 weeks | During some religious festivals, we add 2 weeks to this lead time. We'll confirm the dates affected as soon as we can each year. | Garment and embroidery designs need to be approved before you can order these items. Occasionally, some yarn colours may need to be ordered specially and this may mean a longer lead time. |
Made-to-order Courtelle special knitwear | 7 weeks | We can reduce this lead time to 4 weeks by using air freight at a cost of £1 per garment. | |
Delivery dates can be longer for large orders. For deliveries to the island of Ireland, please add an extra working day.

Back orders ship for free
On those rare occasions when you order more stock than we hold, we arrange a back order for you which is an agreement to ship the items as soon as they're available again.
We do everything we can to avoid the need for back orders. We know you find them less convenient than simply getting what you need straight away. So we offer free delivery on back orders.
Back orders are available to customers with a credit account.
