We became employee owned in 2015. This means we have a say in how the company is run, but we still have leadership to help steer us to bigger and better things. The great news is that employee ownership gives us the power to control our own destiny, share the rewards of our success fairly and unite us to achieve our purpose - to grow for the greater good.
